2 - 2 Payments $137.50 and $137.50* (50% now and 50% on Dec 1) (Savings $25.00)


3 - Deposit of $100 to hold your spot and the balance at the clinic. Total Cost $300


*Savings is voided if payment after Dec 1 at midnight.
